Thursday, December 29, 2016 - An intriguing looking wine. Pale gold in colour, not like a 5 year old Chardonnay at all. A clean medium nose of lightly toasted bread, apple. Off dry, medium acidity, medium bodied with a creamy texture and a medium to long finish. Not sure where this goes next. Could get more complex but could easily fade away
