Monday, February 27, 2023 - Lovely wine, but I'm more and more realising that I prefer a sweet Riesling over Sauternes. This was a bit high in alcohol, with dried peach, nectarine, orange caramel, honey, pineapple, saffron. Sweetness was balanced by a good amount of acidity, it did make for a great pairing with dessert. This will keep, but I reckon its drinking very well right now.
