Wednesday, August 20, 2008 - Graacher Tor: Very min., earthy char, low swtness (ordered Aus. but brought trocken) lite peach, a bit weak after pork! seems a bit thin, hollow for Aus. But GRT w/conc. lamb w/sauce! Perfect spicy quality matched w/meat! W/ pork-87; w/ lamb-90! Very interesting!
