Nice faded red-brick color--still good hue; very perfumed, baking spice, animal--wild game--maybe a hint exotic (soysauce/insense); nice balance and perfect age. For a village, awesome! All wines from Francoise and Jacques (except champagne). Dinner: oysters, bigorneau, bulot, (w/chablis); gineau fowl & chestnuts sauce (morey st. denis); cheese--(Ch. Lanessan)
