Friday, May 30, 2014 - A stunningly beautiful but also very young LGA. This 2004 expresses tons of green apple, toast, lightly roasted walnuts, sweet brioche and a citrus perfume which is just adorable. The palate is perfectly balanced and offers a lovely structure and texture embraced by a lovely and expressive mousse. The length on the finish is quite impressive and it seems to last for over a minute. This is stunning example of the house style: elegance combined with power and structure. It is of course brutally young right now and it needs a couple of years to come around. Still it is without the slightest doubt a treat tonight too.
