Monday, June 22, 2015 - Yellow gold colour with fine bead. Lovely nose of pear, apple, stone fruit, almond and fresh bread. Fine intense palate emphasising the fruit character rather than the yeast of past Bollinger styles. Great length and drive that sat well as both aperitif and first seafood course accompaniment. Delicious.
