Tuesday, February 2, 2021 - PnP. Has really come together since the last one 4 1/2 years ago; more depth, nicely developed complexity, etc. That said, I still preferred the cut and vigor of the '08 on this night. Can hold, to be sure, but not seeing a reason to wait. recommended

6/13/2021 4:26:00 AM - Had a bottle of this about four years ago. Was not impressed. From the sound of your text this has really improved. What do you think the drinking window is with this champagne? I have five bottles left so plenty time left for aging. (P.S. Thanks for taking the time to post) Dave
