Saturday, July 13, 2013 - Pale Gold with Stonefruit and tropical nose complimented by butterscotch and vanilla aromas from barrel and a little toast. Delicious pineapple fruit balanced by the great acidity with a nice bas of spiced pear. Vanilla, Spice, and other barrel characters on mid palate with a great return of acidity followed by lemon and apricot. NIce creamy mouthfeel without too much oak.
