Wednesday, October 3, 2012 - Quintessa with Larry Stone M.S. (Moto Restaurant - Chicago): Very dark color. Sandy land. Rich dark fruit. Black cherry and berry. Dark rock and chocolate.
Palate is a little spicy. Clean finish. Really big.
