Monday, April 25, 2011 - let breath in bottle for an hour, had to follow 1997 Fontebuia Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. This wine not as big, we were disappointed at first. However the gracefully rounded tannins complemented a well balanced wine with long finish. much better than last bottle I opened several years ago.
