Sunday, June 12, 2011 - Opened and decanted 1 hour and consumed over another 1 hour. Dark purple with a touch of clarity at the edge of the glass. Started out a little coarse with dark and black fruit notes; opened up pretty quick with dark cherry and still gripping tannins. Showing no signs of decline and still youthful. Paired with bbqed goat and misc side dishes. Good to Very Good.
