Wednesday, February 20, 2013 - Good with my braised short ribs. I would agree with others that it was at its peak. Opened, but did not decant and hour before the meal. Earthiness softened, fruit came through just fine, could have used another 30 minutes. A little more depth than expected. Time to drink, no longer.
