Sunday, February 15, 2009 - Decanted 1+ hours. Deep purple/red in color solid to the edges. Smells of berry, light smoke with overtones of herbs. Had a fantastic aromatic presence. Had with fresh herb roasted Chicken and it was a fabulous pairing. Didn't last very long though, it went pretty quick! Is drinking well now and probably will for a few years to come.
