Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - Dinner with mature Left Bank Bordeaux (Restaurant van Baerle, Amsterdam): Worth of its fame, a fantastic 1982 (in the "Cordier 80-s style"). Dark colored. Well delineated nose with funky Cordier notes as wet tobacco, earth, cedar and lots of cherries. Super elegant, dense and silky textured on the palate with thick dark fruits, pebbles and well-integrated tannins in the finish.
