Monday, November 5, 2018 - Aging very well, no hint of going over the hill, very smooth and layered.
Drinking well right now and will probably hold for another 5 years. Enjoyed with a roast loin of Pork and grilled asparagus, great accompaniment. I wish I had more but, alas, all good things must end.
