Friday, April 22, 2022 - V - Garnet with purple meniscus. Medium depth. High Viscosity.
N - Plum, cherry, blueberry, olive, clay and tobacco.
P - Plum, tart cherry, blueberry and olive. Tobacco, graphite, menthol with a nickel finish.
S - Dry, full bodied, med acid, fine med+ tannins still. Long finish with high complexity throughout.
