Who doesn't have problems (I am in no way agreeing with your statement) and what does that have to do with wine ratings? Wine Spectator rating in August 31, 2013 issue- 94 point scoring...not too bad. Nor is rating 30 out of the 100 top winemakers in the US.
This wine is an amazing tribute to the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, the fruit that hails from it and the people who designed it. I would buy again and anything else produced by these two stellar winemakers.
