Monday, June 5, 2017 - Wow - big upgrade from my previous bottle. Really complex nose, lots of botrytis, key lime, slate and minerals - it seems to morph among the purity of a top quality Mosel, the lushness of a new world Late Harvest (Phelps,Firestone) and a top Alsace Vendange Tardives. Palate is rich but not sweet, could use a touch more acid for balance but overall perfect for food pairing. Ready to drink, I'd say well stored bottles will keep 2-3 or so more years.
