Saturday, August 22, 2020 - From a plot of old vines in Schlossberg and bottled as a different cuvee. Medium golden yellow, typical riesling nose with citrus fruit backed by mineral and some petrol nose, but on the fuller side and not so "chemical". On the palate it is lovely - very well balanced with medium body wrapping the palate nicely. Hard to find a flaw or angle - it is just so balanced and completed. Medium+ aftertaste and medium+ complexity. Off dry.

It's not the riesling with the longest aftertaste or biggest complexity that last forever - but the balance is just flawless - it's like a perfect circle. Very nicely done, tons of life ahead. 17+/20.
