Saturday, May 27, 2006 - Very nice drinking wine. We had with baked chicken that had a garlic rub and the wine complimented with a light, minerally taste. We also had it with cheese (gouda from Italy and Rothkase from WI) which didn't pair well at all. For the money, though, this is a really decent wine which we would buy again.
