Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Amazing and a treat to drink. After an hour or so open the nose exploded with tropical fruits. Passion fruit, candied pineapple. The same on the palate with tarragon and née plastic which was a positive and not a negative. Very intellectual. Lots of new flavors unfolding. We sat around sniffing and sipping and calling out new flavors. And as others have noted a very very light straw color. Superb. Glad I have one more.
