Saturday, June 10, 2023 - On opening, this bottle shows a little cheese on the nose. On the palate it is a compact and bright wine with some dry mineral and salinity. Citrus and green apple. Acids have some zip - a real alarm clock of a white Burg! Perhaps a shade lean...but this wine refuses to be ignored. An ideal food wine that would cut through pretty much any level of richness. Young still.
