Friday, January 23, 2015 - 5th bottle and second of case, decanted an hour, perfect fill, all previous notes at least very fine - deepish garnet, little development on rim; ethereal bouquet, mulberry, blackcurrant, leather and cedar with a touch of graphite; med full, long, wonderful grip and energy of fruit covering slightly dry but fine tannins, balanced, quite rich, refreshing and perfect with pheasant, still improving..a long haul wine. Very fine plus (19/20).
