Sunday, September 6, 2009 - Light nose and pale rose color. Bubbles were fine but not vigorous as expected in a freshly opened bottle. On the fruity side. Very strawberry. If you like dry or aged bubbles, stay away. Overall good Cava for a warm summer day.
