Thursday, March 18, 2010 - Rose-orangey color. Yeasty aroma, bread crust, orange peal, rose petal. Zesty and tangy on the palate upon entrance, good medium body, good development, fairly good structure. Medium finish, leaving you with nice cherry flavor and delicate Pinot Noir tannins that prolong the finish somewhat more. Not much complexity. However, a good mouthfeel and a very good composition. Passes through your palate and leaves you satisfied.
