Wednesday, July 28, 2010 - Perhaps irrelevant, but outstanding presentation. The color of the FLAVOR of strawberry, a gorgeous fruity salmon color. Defined nose of peach and unripe strawberry, fades a bit after being opened though. Unripe white peach, nectarine and a touch of grapefruit bitterness on the palette. Perfect brut sugar handling. Similar to the nose, the sparkle is great on opening, with someone decent staying power. Very well done and base enough to have more than two glasses and not feel overwhelmed. What makes this very drinkable is the faintness of the yeast bread note, which some sparkler fans may be upset by.
