Sunday, November 25, 2007 - solid salmon color, lots of pinot noir varietal character on top of coarse bubbles but not too fruity. tasted dry but softer than extra dry. Some nice wheaty-grainy earth and musk along with a hint of sweet rather than pungent licorice spice.
