Monday, May 25, 2015 - Foggy, straw color. Citrus and yeast notes on the nose, with a faint hit of witch hazel. Initial flavor of lemon peel is followed by grapefruit, kumquat, yeast, and grape stem, with crushed rock and honey on a medium finish. Very small bubbles support a quite bright mouthfeel.
