Tuesday, January 11, 2022 - Spice jar on the nose with a hint of lavender. Amazingly fresh and smooth on the palette, with blueberries some forest floor and some baked black cherry. Nice, fairly long finish. Served with roasted chicken and veg. Still has a good few years left.
