Thursday, November 22, 2018 - drank a glass upon opening, but it was clearly not ready to drink.
Actually, did not get to drink it on the 2nd day, but took a drink two days after opening.
It was truly phenomenal. Balanced. Long finish with a very distinctive taste. Just fabulous.
But, I don't even know if a few hour decant would have been enough.
Maybe just open a day ahead of time
