Wednesday, March 11, 2015 - Deep ruby color leads to a nose of cassis, sweet menthol and dark chocolate. Medium full body has dark and blue fruit, a bit of cigar box, bell pepper and chocolate. Long near perfect tannins last over a minute. This is a beautiful wine. Decanted for an hour and continues to improve throughout evening.
