Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - Clear Pale cherry core with a rim verging on amber. Nose is black cherry, earth and oak. Palate has medium tannin, medium + acidity, fresh vibrant black cherry, earth. Developing and can sit for a few years easily. Drinkable now but flavours will develop and integrate with cellaring.
Very pleasant.
