Monday, October 30, 2023 - Classic Northern Rhone with bacon fat, dark fruit and pepper. Beautifully balanced tannin and acidity. Only took about 30 minutes in the glass to fully reveal itself. This wine is in it's prime and firing on all cylinders. Drink now and over the next 3 years.
