Sunday, December 31, 1989 - On New Year's Eve with K at home (2 nights after my daughter Miranda's birth). Light straw color. Fine bead. Very complex nose; nutty, chalky. Reminds me of the '82 Krug. Very nice on the palate. Complex, with a yeasty finish. Very fine. 5-11-16-7: 89/100.
