Sunday, July 29, 2018 - Nose of black cherry, red cherry, mocha, allspice, and a hint of forest floor, same on the palate, big body, very tasty, mouth filling fruit, opened slowly but steadily over two hours, paired with glazed BBQ Ribs, went well together, this was even better the second night, small amount of soft tannins present, needs three years cellar time to peak, and a long, flavorful finish.
