Thursday, October 10, 2013 - With spanish food at Donosti. Came after a well decanted Aalto PS 2004 (written up separately). This was PnP unfortunately. Came out quite primary on first few tastes. Nose was muted for the first 10-15 minutes. Very syrah, very french cote-rotie, very good. Much better half an hour later. Certainly lots of time left on this one and will get better. Glad I have a case+ to see the evolution. Could see this getting at least a couple more points in the future.
