Tuesday, January 2, 2018 - Pretty darn good wine after decanting 1 hour... I fed all my impressions into the Tasting Note Assistant... This is what it said back to me. The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like red currant, blueberry, cherry, vanilla, black pepper, tobacco and alcohol/hot. It tastes like red currant, blueberry, oak, vanilla, black pepper, nutmeg, tobacco and alcohol/hot. The body is medium/full. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium.
