Sunday, April 3, 2016 - Pnp. Excellent right out of the gate. As recommended by KB for their Pinots, at the 2 year mark from release, this wine is now finally coming into its prime drinking window. Classic earthy noise, great velvety mouthfeel across mid palate, balanced acidity, both red and blue fruits, noticeable but not lengthy finish, with a great weight that isn't always synonymous with classic Pinot...but that unique style from KB that makes you aware you are drinking something special and wishing / glad you have a lot more!
