Sunday, September 11, 2016 - First KB Sonoma Coast. Decanted about 2 hours and served with grilled lamb chops. Brought me back to the first time I tried KB. Dark ruby coloring in the decanter. Big red fruit with a hint of smoke. A heavy Pinot that holds its own with grilled meat. Excellent wine that is drinking very well right now. Drink or hold a while longer. I don't think you can wrong either way.
