Sunday, February 4, 2024 - Deep garnet in the glass. Nose of plum, blackberry, blueberry with a touch of vanilla. Initially very fruit forward on the palette, almost over ripe. Mellowed after a few hours decanting to reveal notes of leather, currants and a subtle dash of mint. A full bodied wine, with soft delicate tanins integrated very well throughout. A nicely balanced wine overall.
