Saturday, January 30, 2016 - Popped and poured.
Nose: strawberry, smoke, blueberry, and Asian or baking spice.
Palate: initially ripe cherry, over time with air turning into unripe strawberry and cranberry. Really fruit forward immediately after opening with the fruit dissipating after an hour in the glass. It develops some nice secondary notes after the hour. Good ~15 second finish. Drank over 3 hours.
