Thursday, July 11, 2013 - Sojourn Wine Dinner with Craig H. in Mckinney Texas (Rick's Chophouse, Mckinney Texas): Translucent, slightly cloudy bright garnet in the glass. Stemmy nose with a sharp, spicy black cherry background. Medium bodied with earthy, reticent fruit on the palate. Finishes a little short. This is 80% Pommard clone.
