Saturday, May 15, 2021 - Stored in controlled cellar. Decanted 2 hours. Very slight bricking. Medium in color and density. Nose of wet leaves and a bit floral. Palate showed resolved tannins, a bit of blue fruit, and forest floor. Drank before dinner and with dinner. A fabulous food wine. Near or at peak.
