Wednesday, July 8, 2015 - 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvèdre. Bright crimson. Clean, fresh nose. Plum juice and tart cherries. 2011 is a warm vintage, sweetness on the palate, high alcohol, medium plus acidity, medium body, medium finish, high tannin. Jancis said there is something confident about this chateauneuf. Refreshing!
