Saturday, October 19, 2019 - The nose showed a hint of volatility before giving way to ripe black fruits, exotic spice and hints of licorice. On the palate, I found soft textures, offset by brisk acids, as notes of blackberry, plum, licorice and wild herbs flooded the senses. The finish was long, revealing it’s tannic grip, as tongue curling acids and black fruits lingered long.
