Wednesday, December 21, 2016 - After the initial taste and smell I let this decant for about 2 hours. Nose of strawberry, cherry, balsamic, earth and dried flowers. The palate has dark berries and a mineral note with med+ acidity. Great stuff with a plate of spaghetti with meat sauce. Drank out of a Zalto Universal.
