Friday, July 26, 2013 - From a pristine looking bottle, this wine had a light yellow center and clear rims. The low+ intensity nose showed lemons & macaroons.

This wine tasted odd and overly acidic for the first hour or so. Then developed to show a nice round texture with firm acidity and very good length. While not the most complex wine ever, it was in amazing condition for an 18 year old Chard.

Another interesting wine from this under-appreciated producer. While I doubt this will get any better, it looked and tasted so young it is hard to say for sure. Enjoy with after a couple hours of air.
