Thursday, July 22, 2021 - Bottle has been stored in wine fridge since purchasing. Color is black. Lots of sediment. Nose still has that citrus peel note I would expect from a young Petite Sirah. Still showing so young with lots of dark fruit and tannins. Paired with lamb.
