Saturday, March 29, 2014 - The 2nd SQN opened by Allred at the Sun Wah dinner. 55% Roussanne, 19% Chardonnay, 19% Petit Manseng and 7% Viognier. A serious white which you would expect from SQN. Straw yellow color. Notes of licorice, spiced fruit and white pepper. Full bodied with a long finish. Never been a huge fan Of SQN's white wines but liked this well enough. It was not overdone in my opinion. Add some points to my score if this is your style. 90-91 points.
