Monday, April 28, 2014 - This is a massive white wine. Rich and extracted, with a waxy edge to its caramelized orchard fruit and sweet citrus. Spiced honey, white flowers, and roated nuts add complexity. Full bodied, low acidity, and quite a bit of heat on the spicy finish. Not really in line with our preferences, and was enjoyed more thoroughly by others in the group.
